WHICH SERVICE DO YOU NEED?
GENERATORS
We perform work on engines from simple fluid and filter changes to turbos, EGR and coolant systems, or rebuilding engines. We chase electrical issues and diagnose bad stators and exciters and come up with solutions to power output issues. We’ll work with controller replacement/reprogramming and AVR fine tuning/replacement, DEF system diagnosis along with cleaning/baking, fluid quality checks, component checks/replacement, and inducement level code clearing to name a few.
CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
We work on almost all equipment that is used in the construction business. With all equipment we can do general maintenance to engine rebuilds, cooling/egr system repairs, DEF system checks and repairs, and hydraulics. We can also change hoses, chains, pull weldment sections, rebuild cylinders, reseal hubs, check brake functionality and determine if we need to rebuild an axle, check and replace transmissions if needed. We are able to check A/C systems for leaks and replace non functioning parts so that once the system has been repaired we can perform a leak down test and charge with freon. Chase electrical issues and replace the appropriate harness on different types of equipment such as telehandlers, skid steers, ect. Identify issues with DEF systems and perform cleaning/bakes, fluid quality and component checks, regens, and inducement level code clearing.
DEF SYSTEMS
We offer services including diagnosis of the complete DEF system. We are able to clean/bake the DPF, check the quality of the DEF to see if it is in parameters, use software to check individual components and identify which are functioning and at what capacity. Upon completion of repairs we will run regen if needed and clear any inducement level codes that may be interfering with the proper function of the generator/equipment/truck.
